Every possible care and measures shall be adopted for the security of staff. Machinery and equipment at the risk and cost Similarly our staff will coordinate with the local authority in order to know the day-by-day security / law and order information and on bases of that they will be able to plan the security of staff.
Mobilization of Staff, Equipment’s, Tools and Machinery:
Mobilization of staff. Equipments, tools and machinery will be done after the site assessment and arrangement of secure and safe place for JAL accommodation and storage.
Supply of construction materials equipments:
All equipment, material, and articles incorporated into the work covered by our all new and of the most suitable grade for the purpose intended. It will be JAL according to the specification and code of construction which are given in the contract.
Quality Control Plan:
The JAL will establish and operate thought-out the execution of the works, a quality assurance system similar to the ISO Standard. It will be independent of any quality control or assurance measures undertaken by JAL Professional staff.
JAL will prepare the quality assurance plan that will be applied to the project and it will be reviewed and updated throughout the execution of the project as may be necessary. The QA plan will specifically address the procedures for maintaining the project requirements with respect to the use of sub-contractors, vendors, suppliers and the JAL own personnel and will reflect the criticality of the items of materials concerned.
JAL will keep detailed records of all quality control and QA inspection. The said records will identify the inspector, the place of inspection, the date and the time when inspection was completed, the section of the works inspected or part of the materials, and its state of completion. Reference will be made to the relevant detailed drawings and the specific aspects or properties of the works that were checked or measured will be recorded. The records of inspections and tests will be stored by JAL at the site in an orderly fashion until the completion of the defects Liability period or until such other time as may be necessary. The engineer will be allowed to inspect such records at any reasonable time.
JAL will cooperate with the clients and provide all necessary JAL access to records to enable the engineer to assess the JAL quality assurance system and to audit the implementation of the quality plan and associated procedures.
2- Testing and Approval of works:
Before use of any material, it will be ensured that the material is of best quality. The project manger if deemed appropriate can refer the material for proper test for the satisfaction of QA engineer and for his approval.
Any testing and inspection carried out by the JAL under its own quality assurance program, the clients will be allowed an opportunity to undertake his own testing and inspection of the works.
JAL will afford and facilitate JAL access at all times for the clients and testing of materials and workmanship.
JAL will provide means of JAL access and assistance as may reasonably be required by the clients for all items of work.
JAL will give adequate notice in writing to the clients stating that the item in question is complete and is ready for inspection.
JAL will not cover up any work until the clients has been given adequate opportunity to carry out any necessary testing and inspection.
For the purpose when a completed work is ready for testing, JAL will accomplish and submit a work inspection request to the clients. The said request will identify among other things the particular work to be inspected and its exact location in the field. The request will also mention the type of test required to be done as well as the date and time scheduled for testing. The clients or its representatives will sign his receipt of the work request to ensure that he was made aware of the scheduled test. The testing works will then proceed as scheduled.
When the testing is completed, the clients will sign on the request to signify his attendance and will note therein his opinion on whether to allow or prevent the contactor from proceeding with the subsequent works. If for any reason the clients will choose not to witness or be present to any testing work, the testing will nevertheless be carried out by JAL as scheduled. If the result of the test showed compliance with the required criteria, such a result will be deemed to have been approved. JAL accepted by the clients, and JAL will accordingly proceed to carry out the subsequent work.

JAL will provide the following deliverables.
Weekly status Report.
JAL through an email will describe significant events for the past week, and premeditated activities for the forth coming week. And any issues/ challenges of note on each Thursday.
Project Schedule
JAL will complete the Logistics activities within 30 days from the issue of to proceed Detail schedule shall be submitted after JAL acceptance of proposal.
